The freight charge for within Ontario is varies from $10.00 to $20.00, and for out of province is $20.00. The freight charge for international order is $30.00. All freight charges are subject to 13% (H.S.T).
Store Policy: No refund, exhange within 14 days from the date of purchase or date of shipping. Report damage (if any) on merchandise within 2 days upon the received of shipment. This could be done by e-mail us, telephone or fax. In case of exchange, customer is responsible for the return freight charge and subject to a 10% re-staocking charge plus applicable taxes.
